When skies are gray

This is going to sound pretty crazy, but sometimes I get so tired of seeing the same 'island paradise' 24/7. While the serene, crystal clear blue water paired up with a blue sky with scattered fluffy white clouds will always be breathtakingly gorgeous, I miss New England's ocean. I miss the seasons, a lot. So I can't help it that a part of me gets excited when the weather changes for the worse here on this little island resulting in heavy rains and a choppy, gray ocean. Yesterday I went out to take some photos of a beach cleanup in Merizo. I was pleased to discover that the morning brought intermittent rains along with a welcomed breeze and some good ol' darkened, foggy water. Of course this all cleared up within the hour, but at least I have a photo to reflect back on :)
